In the same building, we offer several options for our guests. The first option is a three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of the building, located on a pedestrian street, which is ideal for friends and families. If you take the stairs, you’ll find a nice room with a private bathroom in the house’s courtyard—perfect for solo travellers. There is also a studio for couples with direct access to the terrace. You cannot drive up to the front of the house from Calle Caro Sanchez; you’ll need to take the stairs to the entrance. The house has an entrance from a street at the back of the property. Therefore, you can easily drive up to the studio to drop off your luggage and then head to Calle Eucaliptos to park. It’s also possible to find a parking spot on Calle Santa Gema. All accommodation is fully equipped and recently renovated. We live in the same building. We’ll be happy to help you with anything you need. Please note that we and the guests staying in the studio or room share the patio and the terrace. The entrance to the room involves climbing stairs—though it’s good exercise. If you have knee or back problems, you may find this difficult; please call us for more information. There is a barbecue on the terrace of the apartment downstairs and another barbecue on the terrace, along with a small coffee table on the patio. We respect your privacy. If you plan to bring a pet, we recommend that you contact us before making your reservation. It’s a lovely area with friendly people. It’s a 15–20-minute walk to Pedregalejo Beach, where there are many bars and restaurants. The centre of Málaga is 20 minutes away by bus. The airport is 21 km away. There’s a bus stop just 3 minutes from the apartment. During the week, a bus runs to the city centre every 30 minutes. On weekends, the frequency is slightly lower. There is a night bus from the city centre—the N1—that stops on the main road below; from there, it’s a 1.3 km walk to the house. You can park on the street for free.
