As a rental property there were a number of items that should have been addressed.In general the house presents itself well, but there are a number of issues that do not demonstrate an attention to detail.External light above front door not working.Bedside light shade loose with ring clamp missing. Small thing, but very annoying in the night with bedroom being so small.Sealant around the bath needs some repair work.Both front and rear exterior areas seem not to have been maintained for some time. The rear garden was full of dead foliage, brambles & overgrown shrubsIn fact the property opposite (The Rath) had a garden maintenance company cutting grass, pruning & clearing dead leaves but did not attend to any of the above areas at our property.Broken plate left in cupboard.The MAJOR issue is the non existence of any Internet at anytime during the week.The website clearly shows this as part of the services provided but it did not work.We had to purchase additional data on the mobile to have a connection throughout the week.This needs to be addressed.
