Fantastic stay. Photos don't really show the size of this place...the lounge and bedroom are very spacious with very high ceilings. The whole place is beautiful. Bonus that it is a very short walk into Buxton where there are plenty of options to eat and drink.

My husband and I spent three days at this property to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary. The property was a 10 min walk into the town. It was absolutely spottless and had everything we needed. Buxton is beautiful and like going back in time to how an English town used to be. We did a lot of sightseeing and ate out all three nights. The Olive Tree is worth a visit - wonderful food, great atmosphere and friendly staff.We had very good communication from Steph (host) with regard to walks, eating out and historic buildings to visit. We even met Edweena Curry outside an Italian restaurant !!
