Hubo un error durante el pago de la fianza (el cual tampoco nos avisaron que era automatico) y no nos notificaron nada. No pudimos entrar debido a eso al piso y tardaron casi 2 horas en darnos una solucion, las cuales tuvimos que esperarlas en la puerta de la casa con todo el equipaje. No nos dieron ningun telefono de atencion al cliente hasta que no lo solicitamos por correo un par de veces y la atencion fue bastante impersonal. El piso esta correcto, todo en su sitio y con bastante menaje, aunque esta primera experiencia hizo que esto quedara en un segundo plano. Aparte de eso, recomendaria a futuros viajeros llevar la compra hecha de casa porque en el piso no hay nada y lo unico disponible en la zona es un coaliment con los precios bastante inflados. Respecto a la fianza, te dan un plazo de 5 a 7 dias para devolvertela, cosa que no veo que tenga mucho sentido cuando normalmente hay gente que entra
