July 2019 Stay

We were an extended family of grandparents, children, and grandchildren and this home was a great fit for us! The carriage house was helpful as additional sleeping/ gathering space. It was nice that each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. Parking situation was good since we could put a couple of vehicles in the garage and had additional parking in the driveway. Thank you for hosting us!

House is not stocked very well! Wanted to cook crab legs and there were no utensils for cracking crab legs. Now, before you (360 blue) start making up your lame excuses like you always do, and say that not ALL houses come with those, every house we have stayed in has them. So, now what is your excuse? Wanted to cook cookies, no cookie pan. Porch’s and outside of house needs cleaning. Spider and cob webs all Over the place

We’ve been coming to Watercolor for a dozen summers with several families. Our kids are in college now so the parents now enjoy a fall “Adult Swim” 😁 140 Flatwood is by far our favorite house! Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen, fantastic porches & comfortable atmosphere. We will be back!!! Wish we had known about fall break. Wish Red Tide had not rolled in. Wish we didn’t have to cut our stay short because of Hurricane Michael. But we enjoyed every. Inure we were there!

Thanksgiving 2017

Although we have visited SRB 16+ times in the past 25 years, this was our 1st time on 30A for Thanksgiving. We had a relaxing week celebrating family, Thanksgiving and even Christmas events while also enjoying the beach and beach life. 360 Blue was very attentive to all of our needs prior to and during our trip. Each time I was greeted with a friendly voice and a quick response. During our stay we, a family of 7 adults, found the gorgeous, comfortably furnished home to have a great layout with ample space (living and sleeping) to accommodate 4 couples with plenty of space for additional family if needed. The Lake District is our favorite because of bike-ability access to beach, pools, Inn, dining & shopping options including Seaside, Seagrove and Grayton. If I had any complaints; The house could use additional cooking and baking utensils and a few additional bathroom hooks. The bed sheets weren't very soft. And that crazy dishwasher (aka smarter than me...user error!)
