On the ground floor, which is below sea level, is where the boats would have been stored and this is now a games room with pool table and darts. There is also a shower room. We had a very pleasant day at Angie’s beach house and would definitely go back The boathouse is quite quirky which we absolutely loved the sunsets in the evening sat in the little balcony absolutely stunning
