equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The space allows for
parking up to 2 cars inside the property.
The entrance is into the living room with open kitchen and dining room. From here, to the right, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin with single beds. The twin room is subjected to a few steps. It also has a light well with an outdoor shower.
From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 1 twin room with single beds, 1 shower room and a large terrace equipped with a small table, chairs and sink.

The
Giardino dei Pini vacation home is located on the sea front in Posto
Rosso, a seaside fraction of the municipality of Alliste, on the Ionian
Sea. A stone`s throw from the house there are cliffs and sandy coves
where you can swim in total tranquility.
The nearest equipped lidos are about 2 km away, in Torre San Giovanni, marina of Ugento where all the main services are present. The nearest beaches of Gallipoli are about 12 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
