Luksa was a fantastic host annd was in touch with us throughout the holiday meeting is on arrival and departure. Ana did an amazing breakfast every morning. Luksa had great restaurant recommendations and also we booked him and his boat for an excellent day snorkelling round the islands This is a first class five star Villa. Easy local buses to Dubrovnik and Cavtat - only to 10-15 mins from airport and uber was also easy and sensibly priced - brilliant location for this beautiful area.

Pool was extremely clean, breakfast was incredible and plentiful with many choices. Ana who prepared breakfast was punctual and very nice and also helpful. We will definitely return to this house

Great location and property

Everything as advertised + more. Great location and property for our family of adults. The breakfast, laundry service and cleaning every day was a great touch. Luksa was a great host, arranged everything we needed and always available to answers questions.

The villa is really beautiful with amazing views. (There is some construction currently happening in the surrounding areas but it did not disrupt us) The included breakfast was a really nice touch. Uber service to the villa was great and the villa is well located for driving to airport or other areas such as Cavtat. We had a great time here.

The Villa was in a great location for us a family of 10.Anna, our housekeeper was amazing. The breakfasts every morning was fabulous. A big thank you to her The town of Cavtat is so pretty and a short distance away. Dubrovnik old town is within easy reach by Bolt, Uber or bus. Some building works going on around the villa but this didn’t disturb our holiday. Pool was the perfect temperature for the little ones. Would highly recommend this villa for couples and families alike. Luksa the owner was on hand and time of the day. My dad fell down a step and required medical treatment. Luksa helped us find a great clinic where he was seen and treated within minutes. Luksa is a very kind and caring owner and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Many thanks Sarah, Kevin and family x

Paradise in Croatian villa

What can I say, I have an eye for detail, this stay had it all. The owner met us personally and we received excellent housekeeping and service all trip from genuinely decent and friendly hosts. The split level Villa is new and incredible, great pool and patio area with amazing views, a paradise perched in the hills over looking the sea. every need was catered for, we have stayed in many villas, this topped the lot. Congratulations for delivering excellence.

AMAZING

We’ve traveled far and wide, but this experience was truly on another level! Every morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast provided by our amazing host—always there, always helpful, and just the kindest person you could imagine.The home itself was absolutely spectacular. Modern, spotless, and with a layout designed for total relaxation. It felt like the perfect oasis to unwind and recharge. And the country? Wow. The people were unbelievably warm and welcoming—more helpful and genuine than anywhere we've ever been. It was unforgettable from start to finish! Not to mention, the city of Dubrovnik was pristine—clean, safe, and simply a joy to explore. It was the perfect setting for a getaway.
