On-site amenities: 2 heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, ice rink (converts to 2nd outdoor heated pool in summer), state-of-the-art fitness club with mountain and river views, Solstice North Day Spa, game room, horse-drawn sleigh rides, La Vista Restaurant and Bar, Seven Birches Winery. For your convenience, RiverWalk offers complimentary winter shuttle service to Loon Mountain (drop-off locations at Governor's Lodge and Octagon Lodge).

We also own the unit next door and both can be rented together as one. See VRBO listing 884602. Cleaning fee of $50 is for a one time cleaning. Daily cleaning is available at a rate of $18 per day. Please specify if you would like daily cleanings before reserving.

Has it all!

We were looking for a quick getaway and this place was perfect. Our choices were endless of what to do during our visit. The layout is spacious and probably the cleanest of any place we've ever stayed. Owners were responsive to any questions as well. Close to everything. Grocery store and movie theater right next door. Walk to local eateries or enjoy the one onsite. So much to see and do. Don't hesitate on this one!

Wonderful September Getaway at Loon

We absolutely loved staying at the River Walk at Loon. The location was perfect, and the accommodating were better then expected. There is tons of things to do and walk too. Everyone was very friendly and the pool was very nice! It was a great anniversary location if you’d like to get out of the city.

overall pretty satisfied - couple of small items- no radio in the condo..the sofa is a pull out sleeper and was hard as a rock very uncomfortable. I also would prefer a keurig machine instead of a coffee maker a note tot he property maint. staff... the security lever does not actually catch the door every time and the screws are loose. the small door to the balcony the handle is loose and is actually installed backwards the lever goes on the inside not the outside. the bathroom fan barely functions. the shower head is loose and wiggly in the wall- if you go to adjust the shower head itself the whole piece its attached to is loose. for a 5 yo building its pretty sloppy in that regards the onsite restaurant is closed for certain days etc- as are many in town

This condo was truly spectacular!!! The accommodations were top notch!!! The one bedroom suite is beautifully appointed and felt like home with a modern kitchen, dining room, living room and sitting area. Everything was spotless, modern, and so beautiful. The balcony was such a highlight with amazing mountain views and directly overlooked the resort’s vineyard. I spent every morning having my coffee sitting out on this spacious balcony soaking in the views. The kitchen and bathroom areas were modern, spotless, and had all the essentials. The bathroom shower felt spa like with nice tiling, a frameless glass door, and rain shower head. All the appliances were KitchenAid and worked so well. Having a dishwasher was a convenience even if it was used primarily for coffee mugs. The elegant soaking tub in the bedroom was a nice added touch. The king bed was super comfortable and had plenty of fluffy pillows; and the pull out sofa in the living room was perfect for our kids. There were two flat screen TVs so the kids could watch cartoons in the living room while we could watch the news in the bedroom. The pool area is so impressive!!! The two pools are sparkling clean, beautifully designed (zero entry and a traditional lap pool) and heated. There are also these star shaped fire pits where guests would sit and roast s’mores by the pool. This condo is so beautiful and so spacious for our family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids (age 9 and 5). We enjoyed our stay immensely and our hosts were wonderful. Any questions I had were answered promptly with a text and they were so nice and good to us. We’ve decided to make this condo our yearly vacation spot. We enjoyed the local attractions including the gondola to Loon Mt, Flume Gorge, and for the kids Santa’s Village. The resort is within walking distance to town and restaurants. We really enjoyed One Love Brewery which is right next to the resort. Thank you Alyssa and Michelle for being such wonderful hosts. Our daughter celebrated her 9th birthday in your beautiful condo and she’ll never forget it!!! We plan on returning soon!!!!

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at RiverWalk. The condo was incredibly clean and well kept. There were lots of activities on site for the kids to do (pool, game room, cornhole, walks) and for the adults (great restaurant, brewery, and winery). It was conveniently located near numerous family friendly activities. This was hands down one of our best vacations yet. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon ourselves.

Great stay in a quaint town with lots of outdoor winter activities

We tried snowshoeing (complimentary at the resort to loan), we swam outside in the heated pool with the snow falling around us and had a great visit to the Ice Castles (just 5 min away). I highly recommend this resort as it has something for all ages. Restaurant onsite is great too.

Fell in love with the place

My husband and I came to hike, bike and relax. This place gave it all. Location is perfect, we literally rode only our bicycles For the first 2 days. We did 2 hikes, there are so many to choose from. Plus the resort.... we rented a 1 bedroom and it was gorgeous, the balcony is perfect with terrific views of the property and mountains. It also has a beautiful pool area, corn hole, bocce ball, a game Room and great restaurant on site. We will definitely be staying again. There is no way you could be disappointed.

Exactly what we were looking for and needed as a family. The out door pool and hot tub is magnificent and the home was perfect both in luxury and space. We enjoyed cooking a meal and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the mountain. Everything is a hop skip and a jump outside of the Resort including 24 hour supermarket, little movie theater and great food establishments and pubs. The home was very clean and well cared for. You will not be disappointed
