A really lovely, comfortable apartment just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and two good supermarkets. It’s well equipped with air conditioning and proper kitchen equipment - even sharp knives! We had such a great stay thanks to Carlene and team who were super responsive and gave excellent local recommendations too.

From booking to checking out Carlene and Neil with the assistance of their property managers Miriam and Juan made everything easy. This is a super property in a fantastic location and parking which Neil helpfully gave us directions to was easy to find a 2 minute walk away. Cafes restaurants bars and a supermarket were within walking distance with Arenal beach a few minutes drive away. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this apartment!

The property was like the photos, clean and very fresh despite the heatwave. I had an issue with the A/C that was fixed in 24h. VERY good Communication with Neil, Miriam and Juan. Great location near all necessary shops & restaurants in Jávea port area.
