8/10 Good

Positive: Buena ubicación, checking rápido. Negative La terraza no la pudimos disfrutar, no por la

Good location, quick check-in. We couldn't enjoy the terrace, not because of the rain those days, but because of the layer of moss on the wooden floor, which was very slippery and also made the flat dirty afterwards. As we were travelling with young children, that was the reason we chose this flat.

Dear Juan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased that you appreciated our convenient location and smooth check-in process. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the terrace during your stay. Ensuring a safe and clean environment is our top priority, and we truly regret that this issue impacted your visit, especially since it influenced your choice of accommodation for your young family. Please rest assured that the maintenance team is addressing the moss on the terrace to prevent this from happening in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to host you and your family again, providing a much-improved experience. GuestReady Team
