This one bedroom (sleeps 3), one-bathroom authentic cabin just outside Pilot Mountain offers privacy and solitude for maximum peace and relaxation for your getaway experience. Built from refurbished wood from an old tobacco barn, this cabin is one-of-a-kind and is in the heart of North Carolina Wine Country, and home to many leading wineries and vineyards. Beautiful nearby towns of Pilot Mountain, Mount Airy, Dobson, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, are within minutes of driving.

This property is just 2.5 miles from JoLo Vineyard/Endposts Restaurant, and minutes from numerous other local wineries throughout the region. Terrific restaurants and many outdoor activities are located within easy reach of the cabin. Pilot Mountain State Park is a 5-8 minute drive and a perfect place for hiking and viewing this majestic mountain.

Many state parks are close by: Pilot Mountain State Park; Hanging Rock State Park; Stone Mountain State Park; and the Blue Ridge Parkway, as well as zip lines, rafting, tubing, canoeing, art galleries, golf, antiques, dining, numerous vineyards and wineries, historic downtowns, and much more!

The rustic cabin offers all modern amenities: WiFi throughout, a full size kitchen with basic cooking and eating utensils, oven/four burner stove top, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and 12 cup drip coffee maker. The kitchen table seats four, and the counter height bar seats an additional four people. A beautiful rock fireplace with gas logs is also located in the kitchen.

The living area is located on the main floor with a couch, love seat, rocking chairs, smart TV and DVD player. A second rock fireplace with gas logs is located in the living area as well. The bathroom is located on the main floor with linens provided.

A large bedroom/sleeping loft is upstairs with a queen bed, twin bed and sitting area. The ceiling is vaulted and exposed beams of reclaimed tier poles from an old tobacco barn make this space a cozy area for sleeping and relaxing.

A wrap around porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing is located outside the cabin. This perfect space for morning coffee and evening drinks overlooks a pond with a beautiful water fountain, and gorgeous open fields. A small creek is a few steps away from the cabin.

The Springhouse - a second cabin on the property, with an operating water wheel overlooking the pond. The springhouse is yet another perfect place unwind and watch the water fountain. The springhouse is a getaway within a getaway.
