BEWARE!! We stayed here for 4 nights and had no air conditioning for ALL 4 days/nights. I sent several messages, made multiple calls and if they responded, which most of the time they didn’t, they said they were sending someone. They never did. It was 95 degrees all 4 days, no fan, no circulating air, which meant sleep was minimal. This was absolutely inexcusable!!!! The fact they did not send someone after telling us they would should tell you what kind of company Wonderful Italy is. We also had no internet, they finally sent someone the day before we left, who told us he would come back tomorrow to fix the air. He never showed. As we were walking home the last night we see an actual store front for Wonderful Italy about 100 yards from the house!!!!! They actually had a place locally and still didn’t help. I have requested a refund and shockingly, they haven’t responded to that either. There were multiple places in Ostuni to stay, we chose this place, unfortunately. I suggest you stay far away from any properties owned by Wonderful Italy. This was a miserable experience and no way to spend a vacation.
