Positiv war die großzügige Wohnung mit zwei getrennten Toiletten sowie der große ...

Positiv war die großzügige Wohnung mit zwei getrennten Toiletten sowie der großen Arbeitsfläche in der Küche. Ansonsten wirkte der Gesamtzustand der Wohnung etwas abgelebt. Besonders negativ fiel die fehlende Sauberkeit auf! Urinstein im WC, Brösel der Vorgänger auf dem Wohnzimmersofa und unter den Polstern, Schmutz in den Küchenschüben und nur oberflächlich saubere Töpfe. Im Außenbereich, auf der Terrasse, stand noch ein Karton mit dem Altglas des Vormieters herum, natürlich war auch hier nichts gekehrt, geschweige denn der Tisch abgewischt. Im Bad lief nach dem Duschen das Wasser aus den Aluschienen nach außen. Es fehlten Eierbecher und ein Korkenzieher, sollte eigentlich Standard sein. Dazu kam noch ein defekter Toaster, von einem Wohnzimmerstuhl hing die Bodenabdeckung herunter und ein Feuermelder ging in einer Nacht zweimal mit einer Fehlermeldung los. Die Vermieterin selbst haben wir nicht kennengelernt, wir bekamen sie weder bei der An - noch bei der Abreise zu Gesicht, die Schlüsselübergabe klappte aber problemlos. Aus meiner Sicht ist die Wohnung so nicht zu empfehlen.
