Newly renovated house in Fontellas, new appliances and furniture, cool in the summer (90-cm-thick walls) and heated, window screens, smoke and CO2 detectors, storage for bicycles, municipal barbecue, swimming pool, and gym 300 metres away, parking right outside the door, Tudela 3 km away, public transport, and all kinds of city services in a peaceful rural setting. Fully equipped (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, iron, Chromecast, internet, TV, first-aid kit, etc.). A cot, high chair, and baby bathtub are available. It has 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a 135-cm bed, bedroom 2 with a 135-cm bed, and bedroom 3 with a 120-cm bed.
