Staff were welcoming when we arrived, making check-in easy. The open-plan living area felt spacious, and I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage für eine Familie, mit Sauna und Whirlpool zum Entspannen für die Eltern. Allerdings ist es für sechs Erwachsene zu klein, und eine Toilette reicht einfach nicht aus. Der Reinigungsservice der externen Firma lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere angesichts der zusätzlichen 90 €, die dafür anfallen. Die Buchung über Belvilla war aufgrund von Fehlermeldungen und fehlenden Kontaktinformationen chaotisch und stressig.

We hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad hier! Het huisje is van alles voorzien, sauna en bubbelbad zelfs, en een groot balkon/terras met uitzicht. Mooie omgeving; naar alle kanten zijn er wandelroutes. Ook prima met OV te doen. Wél een flinke klim naar het huisje, maar in Malmedy is op loopafstand alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt.

Prachtige vakantiewoning, en een mooie ligging met zicht op Malmedy. De woning is in zeer goede staat, maar als je evt. met zessen bent, is 1 wasmogelijkheid en 1 toilet te weinig. Verder is de woning helemaal kompleet, met een hele fijne keuken.

Dit huisje heeft een mooie ligging en een fantastisch uitzicht over Malmedy. Maa ...

Dit huisje heeft een mooie ligging en een fantastisch uitzicht over Malmedy. Maar de foto's zijn erg gedateerd en zeker niet up to date. Het huisje mist veel liefde en onderhoud. Tuin meubilair wat stuk is, de knoppen van het fornuis zijn beplakt met ductape, de balustrade is verrot en zit vast geplakt met ductape. Het huisje was niet schoon en het keukengerei was vies en plakkerig, de matras overtrekken waren vies maar het naarste was de vieze lucht die in het hele huis hing en ook niet weg ging, om deze reden zijn wij ook eerder vertrokken. Allemaal erg jammer want de locatie en het uitzicht is echt fantastisch.

Huisje malmedy

Super mooie plek en uitzicht,huisje heeft zowel binnen als buiten achterstallig onderhoud mankeerd van alles aan is totaal niet zo als op de foto's.
