Eine tolle Unterkunft bei einer gastfreundlichen Familie. Es ist etwas abgelegener, den letzten Kilometer fährst du auf einer mäßigen und holprigen Schotterpiste. Aber oben angekommen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht und kann einen üppig grünen Garten genießen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Besitzern empfangen, sie sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren Anfang Mai da, es kann noch etwas kühl sein, die Heizung war wirklich nötig. Das Schwimmbad ist zwischen dem 15. Mai und September geöffnet, also nicht während unseres Aufenthalts, was leider nicht im Voraus klar war. Die Unterkunft selbst ist rustikal und voller Charme. Es ist eigentlich komplett ausgestattet, erwartet ein etwas älteres Haus, das merkt man zB bei der Dusche, die etwas schwerer funktioniert (weniger konstante Wassertemperatur). Im Garten können Sie draußen essen oder auf schönen Liegen entspannen. Auf dem Gelände finden Sie Ponys, Pferde und einige andere Tiere und vor allem Ruhe, Schönheit und diese wunderbare Aussicht. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Umgebung, Hütte (alte Wassermühle) malerisch. Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter. Schwimmbad an einem schönen Ort. Haus innen sehr gemütlich. Haus liegt auf einem Berg ein Jeep oder Allradantrieb wäre einfacher gewesen aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die Betten, ziemlich hart und knarrend, aber na ja, die Umgebung macht vieles wett.

Besonders einladend und nette Begrüßung durch die Eigentümer (von 72 Frauen mit erwachsenen Sohn und Tochter), die nach Bedarf sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Mit voller repect für unsere Privatsphäre, auch wenn sie in der Nähe leben. Schön im Grünen gelegen, sehr grün und komplette Ruhe. Ideal für Ruhesuchende, sondern auch eine sehr gute Basis für Kulturstädte der Toskana und Umbrien zu besuchen. Doch der Nachteil Bauernhof ist recht abgelegen. Eine sehr schlechte Straße 1 km lang von einer geteerten Strasse in Montanare / einem Weiler von Cortona. Etwas mit dem Auto zu tun (hart und für Kratzer auf Ihrem Auto aufpassen!), Aber nicht mit dem Fahrrad. Closest Sterne-Shop für Lebensmittel 4 km entfernt. Von Cortona und Camucia 12 km. Tipps kommen nicht zu dem Donner, weil der letzte Kilometer Feldweg recht in das Haus aussehen wird.
