The lockbox did not have the right key to open the front door. Several phone calls with not satisfactory help at all. Another traveler came to get into their unit and let us in. Then we shared the front door key with them in their lockbox. There were no bottom fitted sheets and only pillow cases for 3 pillows. We asked for extra blankets and never got them. There were 3 cups total. Three of us so that at least worked. The only thing in the cabinets was a small amount of salt. Nothing else to prepare anything. Obviously would not recommend this to anyone.
