Thoughtfully furnished apartment, very comfortable, professional and polite staff. Great location.

Wonderfully spacious rooms, with a contemporary chic design that we loved. We were also really centrally located so a great find in terms of Lisbon accommodation.

Fantastic service! We arrived at the hotel early, having took an overnight train to Lisbon. To our surprise, we were offered an option to have our room immediately, or wait just 3 hours more to have an upgraded room. We opted for the latter since there were plenty of activities we could jump into just at footsteps. The front desk proceeded to suggest a good breakfast place just around the corner. The location of the hotel really couldn’t have been better! We were so conveniently located, within walking distance to tourist attractions and excellent access to transport nodes. Room was great too! Loved the 3 pillows of different sizes, the blanket, the kitchenette and many more! The egg power was interesting, to say the least! The General Manager was also so kind to share about the Altis company’s background and how it started when we were waiting for the room. Liked the fact that the front door has security access, given that the hotel is accessible just off a main road. Would totally recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!

Our stay was from 27/1 to 31/1/2020. it was the apartment next to the hotel. Pricing was very good, very clean and tidy. If we come again to Lisboa, we would stay in this hotel again, we were 3 adults, we stayed comfortably, its location is super, with lots of food set-up around, restaurants around, its a few minutes walk to the famous lift and the Augusta
