Tranquil Retreat in Skaerbaek

Swedish-inspired holiday home located in scenic and quiet surroundings by Skærbæk. The cottage is located on a 2 hectare plot surrounded by protected forest, so there is plenty of space for both children and pets to frolic freely. You can often be lucky enough to see pheasants and wild game right outside the door. The cottage is simple but well maintained and well decorated. There is an open kitchen / living room with wood burning stove, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower. An energy-saving heat pump has been installed, which can also cool on hot summer days. There is a TV with satellite channels and wireless internet available. For the children there are both swings and a slide. In the garden there is a shelter with everything you need, among other things. running water, toilet and a large fire pit. Here you can grill sausages and have fun here by the fire in the evening. It is possible for 2 people to sleep with sleeping pads in the small room at the top of the shelter, where there is also a reading lamp and electric heating. The cottage is located on the mainland only 10 minutes drive from Rømø and the Wadden Sea, which with the famous tide twice a day forms the basis for a completely unique wildlife. In addition to being on the UNESCO World Heritage List, the Wadden Sea is also Denmark's largest national park.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
