Upfront costs not explained at booking - large deposit taken for house and then another large deposit for water/electricty. Dancenter had 1300 euro deposit for a one week holiday! Company run by DanCenter - confusing who to raise complaints with. Many items broken - because of large deposit taken, I reported all issues as soon as possible so I didn't get charged for them. Dirty plunge pool. Broken front door lock - sorted quickly but still a nuisance. Broken outside furniture etc etcWe ordered & paid for linen - not at property on arrival, when I called the local housekeeper was told we had to fetch from Dancenter office a 45 minute round trip away. Not on any documentation that we had to fetch linen and return it to this remote office. No instruction manual which caused many problems - we could not turn thermostats down so heating far too hot during night. Had to fill one hot tub and the plunge pool on arrival so not ready for use. Could not turn lights off in Sauna etc etc. On the plus side the property is in a great location - it was very well equipped if everything had worked properly and linen had been at property. Customer service generally very poor - the customer is certainly not King with this company. Not had deposit refunded yet so I await to see how much I will get refunded............
