There is no reception in our self-service apartments, but security is present. Guests book and pay in advance online and contact the hosts beforehand for personal access. My co-hosts and I are available 24/7 and are happy to take the time to answer your questions. All questions are welcome; we are glad to answer them! Additionally, we are happy to send you the hotspots of Tilburg, such as nice restaurants and bars.

In 2023, we redecorated the apartment and furnished it with brand new furniture. You will find a comfortable double bed and a spacious sofa bed, making it ideal for families or couples.

Bed en Koffie offers a comfortable apartment in the center of Tilburg, ideal for those who want to spend the night after a concert or a day at the Efteling.

Good to know before your stay:

1. Non-registered guests or visitors are not allowed; our security team will conduct regular checks.
2. Feel free to ask questions; we live nearby for your convenience.
3. Tourist tax will be charged separately and must be paid before check-in.
4. For longer stays, a mandatory weekly cleaning may be scheduled.

6. The apartment is located in one of Tilburg’s liveliest nightlife streets, so you may hear some noise from outside, especially in the evenings and on weekends. On the plus side, you’re right next to pop venue 013, making it an ideal location if you’re visiting for a concert or want to enjoy Tilburg’s vibrant nightlife.
