Un appartement très propre et super bien équipé !

L'appartement, situé au deuxième étage d'une petite résidence, est très bien agencé, avec deux chambres au niveau 0 (convenant pour les enfants) et une chambre à l'étage avec une salle-de-bain privative et deux belles terrasses. Le séjour/salle à manger est très agréable. La bonne surprise était la propreté et l'équipement très complet (cuisine, ménage...).Par ailleurs, l'appartement est très bien situé, à trois minutes de la plage et surtout à cinq minutes de la gare, ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Barcelone en moins d'une heure ! La ville de Caldes d'Estrac est aussi agréable, avec des commerces de proximité (aussi à cinq minutes) à des prix compétitifs, ainsi que d'excellents restaurants.Les propriétaires répondent très rapidement à toute question via Wathsapp, tant pour l'appartement que pour les renseignements locaux.Bref, l'endroit idéal pour une famille, permettant de profiter de la plage et de visiter Barcelone !
