3 person holiday home in Rönnäng

A fresh newly built (2016) smaller cottage with a central location and some sea view, located in Rönnäng in southwest of Tjörn. Perfect cottage for the small family or the couple who wants to live close to the service, restaurants, salt dips in the ocean and many attractions in the area. You only have a few minutes walk to take a morning swim from the ladder or the dock in the harbor. Then set for breakfast on the fine wooden terrace while enjoying some sea view. Here you can relax over a good meal as you follow the sun's way in the sky. You live in a quiet residential neighborhood where you have walking distance to all the services in Rönnäng. Here it is easy to enjoy both spring, summer, autumn and winter, it is a sheltered location with a mountain behind the cottage and a fence around the terrace. The cottage is bright and the living room contains a modern and comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and armchairs. An extra bed, a folding bed, suitable for children / youths. Small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and micro, also a dining area with chairs. Tiled bathroom with a shower cabin. You can take a walk to the pier Rönnäng brygga where you can eat some good food while following the boat traffic. From here the ferry departs to the car-free islands Åstol, Tjörnekalv and Dyrön. It is about 700 m to Kårevik's beautiful bathing place with sandy beach, jetty and jumping tower. Visit the picturesque Klädesholmen, about 4.5 km, and the central community of Skärhamn ( 9 km) with its famous watercolor museum. The owner lives about 15 m from the cottage.
