Penthouse with a double bedroom in the Plaza de España area. A charming and bright one-bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen, one bathroom, and a parking space, located near Plaza de España. Just a stone’s throw from all of Ferrol’s attractions, 10–15 minutes from the beaches, shopping district, and numerous dining options: a very comfortable and charming place to stay in the heart of the city!

This apartment is rented out as a whole and will be fully available to our guests. It includes a garage space in the building itself. An lift is available to make getting to the fifth floor easier.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This apartment is heated by radiators, which are operational from November through April. In the spirit of responsible use—given the current climate and social emergency—we want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, and given our city’s oceanic climate, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C, we will provide heating during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18° and 20° C.

Check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (*) We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so please provide an approximate check-in time a couple of days before your arrival. (*) You may request a late check-in advance, between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, for an additional fee of 20 euros, payable in cash to the host in charge of check-in. No check-ins will be accepted after 11:00 PM; after this time, the reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM, when the cleaning crew arrives. Keys must be left at the location indicated by the Host. Parties or events are prohibited. Access is prohibited to anyone not registered at the accommodation. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the property. Pets are not allowed.

Good public transport connections, both local and regional. Easy and pleasant pedestrian access; no need to worry about your car, as a parking space is provided.

Penthouse with a parking space in the building itself, located a five-minute walk from the historic city centre and a 10- to 15-minute drive from the beach, shopping district, and dining area: a very comfortable and quiet place to stay with all the amenities. The apartment is located on the fifth floor. It consists of a kitchen, living-dining room, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room has sloped ceilings and is very bright: a pleasant area to relax and unwind. It features a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The recently renovated kitchen features a ceramic-glass cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge, range hood, and washing machine. It also includes all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable holiday stay. A dining table and chairs are provided. The bedroom, which also has a sloped ceiling, features a double bed, a closet, storage space, and a vent to the outside. Bedding and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower stall with a glass partition. It’s a spacious and very comfortable bathroom, ideal for this type of stay. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of relaxation and unwinding: bedding and towels, kitchenware, appliances, Wi-Fi, and heating available from November through April.

The owner will not be present, but a professional host will welcome guests and will be available in case of any issues with the apartment.
