Brian’s home filled our needs perfectly on our trip to Wilmington! The property is well stocked, clean and has 4 full bathrooms! We wanted to explore downtown Wilmington and the historic district and the property is in a great location for that. We kept our vehicles parked and walked everywhere during our stay.

We loved our stay here! Cannot beat the location to downtown Wilmington. Parking was very nice. Kitchen is fully equipped, which is nice. Area is beautiful and quiet.

The host was very responsive to my questions before we booked. He checked in on us through our our stay via VRBO messages. The house was within walking distance of downtown where we were attending a wedding. The house had plenty of room for our family of 4 plus my parents and my sister with her boyfriend. We also had enough space for the groom and groomsman to have their own space to get ready the morning of the wedding. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. There was also plenty to do at the house between games and the available streaming channels since it rained most of the weekend. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Wilmington!

The house was fantastic! Plenty of room. Easy parking. Restaurants and bars all within a block or 2. Only a 15 minute drive to beach. It is really a wonderful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient, home was spacious and clean, and the front porch and lovely backyard really added to the experience. The host was responsive and made it very easy for us to have a great visit in Wilmington. We would certainty stay again when visiting the area.
