Luxury family friendly holiday home

Quay View apartments are set in a unique location with the harbour only yards away and are possibly are some of the nicest holiday homes on the promenade that are perfect for families and friends to enjoy all the delights of a seaside holiday.
The apartment has been tastefully finished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fitting throughout including a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, modern bath/shower rooms, newly fitted electric wet radiator heating system, and replacement double glazed windows.

Perfectly situated on the bustling busy sea front (but at the quieter end of the promenade) near a number of attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and all that an atmospheric seaside promenade has to offer. The town centre is just a ten minute walk away as well. The apartment has free Wi-Fi available. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.

Parking: We offer a ‘free-of-charge’ parking space for one car, for the full duration of your stay. The parking space is off-street in a private residential car park and is only a few minutes’ drive away from Quay View, with less than a leisurely 10 minute walk to the apartment. As another option, there are also a number of Public pay & display car parks very close by to the apartment.

Stay here!

Really great property, very close to everything. Well kitted out with a dishwasher and combined washer dryer. So close to the beach, plenty of good food nearby. Tesco's is only 25 mins walk if you need to go and the town is only 10 mins away. The beach is great and you can get a cheap bus to north beach which is lovely also. Really good sized rooms and plenty of household products if you need them.Really lovely view and windows.

Great location for a stay in Scarborough. The back bedroom can be quite loud from the pub below but was often finished by 10.30pm and can be a bit chilly due to the single glazed windows. The single bed by the door in this room is very well worn and creeky, the mattress could do with replacing as its seen a lot of wear. The main bathroom could do with a shelf as theres no where to put toiletries. However the convenience of location and shop directly below can’t be beaten. 10/10 would recommend for the view/location. Check in with super smooth and the local support was spectacular. Thanks for a great stay!

Due to the property being a listed building, unfortunately we are unable to upgrade the windows, and unfortunately the area is fairly lively, especially in the summer and therefore can be quite loud. Absolutely gorgeous apartment , spacious , spotlessly clean , fab location and so well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for the weekend. The welcome pack was great , the free car parking space was an added bonus even if it was a short walk away.Communication with the host was easy. Overall , a big well done to the management team.
