SANITIZED between each stay!!
We are located on a quiet cul de sac. The private yard and in-ground pool will make your stay relaxing and memorable. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, WIFI, close to parks, shopping and eateries. 30 minutes to Busch Gardens Tampa. 40 minutes to Clearwater Beach! 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa. 1 hour to Universal Studios/ Walt Disney World.
Large Single family home with over 2500 sq ft. 4 beds 2.5 baths. Screened lanai, in-ground heated pool (pool heat is an additional fee) separate office with a printer and fully stocked library. WIFI (secure), Living room, dining room, family room, Stocked kitchen, Laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent is provided). There is a TV located in each bedroom and in the family room. Total of 5 TV's and all are Roku smart TVs. There is also a DVD player.
All bedrooms are upstairs.
Pool heat —must be requested and prepaid in advance—
Day 1-7 Flat fee of 70.00
Days 8-14 an additional 70.00 and so on.
All reservations have the option to obtain a vacation property insurance policy for 59.00 OR pay a security deposit of 500.00 on your credit card at the time of booking.

Garage is not included (owners storage area)
Nice family neighborhood with tree lined streets.
Super Walmart, Publix and other stores less than 1.0 mile away. Many eateries, gyms, grocery stores etc.The location is central and has access to most food delivery apps. UberEats, GrubHub, DoorDash and others. Both Publix and Walmart grocery delivery service the house and will bring the groceries directly to the front door for a fee. Your job is to relax and enjoy the sunshine near the pool.
For long term stays, I can arrange for housekeeping services to clean, do laundry, change linens etc at an additional fee basis. You would pay the housekeeper directly.

We loved staying in this beautiful home. There is plenty of space, and the host has provided a lot of seating. We felt very comfortable. We had breakfast every morning at the kitchen table, and spent the evenings together in the living room. The office was a perfect place to set up our laptop and get some work done. All in all, we had a lovely time in this vacation rental.

Fantastic beautiful stay!

Booked a golf trip to Tampa with some buddies and this house was perfect for us. House was very clean, pool was perfect temperature and everyone enjoyed their stay! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Tampa area to stay here!

Great House in a Quiet Neighborhood

This house was in a very quiet neighbor with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The house was roomy, and the pool and patio were a great place to hang out. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

We stayed at this house in mid December with family. The pool was heated and very comfortable. Having a representative meet us for check in was great. Very close to Publix and many restaurants. Only negative is house needs some updating and more towels.

Amazing Family Stay

My family and I stopped in for a 3 day stay for a wedding in a near by town. The house was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool. Everything we needed was within a short distance. We recommend stopping into Toppers. We were very impressed with the neighborhood and surrounding area. The property manager and pool maintenance were very kind and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Home Away From Home

My family has stayed in many VRBO places before but we have never had someone greet us as we were checking in. How nice it was to have a person show us the house and where things were located. It made the start of our vacation much more relaxing. The location was perfect for all of our planned activities whether it was shopping, eating out, or visiting a theme park. I would recommend this property for families!

Great VRBO!!

We had a great family vacation! I would absolutely recommend this VRBO! We had 8 people and a baby and all of us were very comfortable. The pool was the highlight for all of us. Great size pool for the kids to have fun and adults to relax in. We ate on the patio by the pool every night. Neighborhood felt safe with sidewalks throughout for walks. Publix, Walmart, and restaurants were all 5 minutes away. We would stay here again!

Nice pool!

Owner was very responsive to all of our concerns. The reviews really did not align with what we found. The pool area was great, and the patio was well. House is very spacious. Kitchen needs attention, as well as the bathrooms upstairs.

Beautiful Home in Valrico

This home is located in the perfect location . Nearby shopping restaurants , 5 minutes from Walmart and easy access to I4. This home is very very clean !! It’s an older home but ima stickler for cleanliness and this home is spotless ! Our family cooked out , had pool games , played cards in the pool area and made great memories . There are floaties in the pool area but no lounge chairs and that’s my only issue. Thank you Yolanda for being an awesome host !

CLEAN and comfortable! This home provided everyone the space they needed. Very large heated pool was a hit with the kids. Owners were very accommodating when we asked for a pool skimmer . (Much appreciated). Home needs some updating and we knew this ahead of time. Great value for the money and would definitely recommend this rental. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great House in a nice quiet neighborhood!

Great House in a nice quiet neighborhood!. The house was very clean and spacious. Three night stay for me, my brothers and nephew to attend 2 Yankee spring training games. Everything about the house worked very well for us. When we had a slight problem with one of the bathrooms, a plumber was at the door within an hour of my contacting the owner!! Now that's service!! Having the pool to cool off in after sitting through 2 ball games with temps in the high 80's was really nice! The location was a little far from the ballpark, 40 minutes or so, but the price was so much better than those closer that it made it worth the drive. I'd highly recommend the house for anyone needing a large 4 bedroom house in the Tampa Bay area.

We came in for a visit with our children and grand babies who live locally. Yolanda's home was perfect for us. Her description online is exactly what you receive. The home is in excellent condition, there is plenty of kitchen items to assist in cooking whatever meals you desire. Plenty of towels for everyone including pool towels. I must say the washer and dryer came in VERY handy!! The home is perfectly located with plenty of fast food, grocery stores and gas stations within minutes of the home. We paid extra for the heated pool which helped tremendously due to the time of year we stayed (Feb). Yolanda was a text away if we had any questions or concerns. The only complaint we had, which I hesitate to even call a complaint, more of providing information, there is an alarm system on the home so every time you open a door to go out it chimes and def woke some of us up early in the am when the early risers would go out on the pool patio to enjoy their coffee. However, I did not ask Yolanda if there is a way to turn that off, so you may want to ask if you think that will be an issue. Clearly we stayed 4 nights and never asked so it wasn't that big of a deal :) I 100% def. will stay here again when we come back to visit the kids. Thank you Yolanda for providing what you are representing!!!

Perfect Weekend

Our friends arrived before we did and upon arrival they were very impressed. We loved the space in the kitchen. The pool was perfect. We used it everyday. The neighborhood felt safe, except for the two small dogs that greeted us in the street with barks. Lol! We would definitely stay again if in Tampa.
