The Space:
The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people.
It is tastefully furnished and comfortable for solo, business travelers and families.
The kitchen is fully equipped with V-Zug appliances, including an oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, cooking utensils and wine glasses. The apartment also features a dishwasher and a private washing machine (which is a rarity in Zurich, where most buildings only have communal laundry rooms in the basement).
It is equipped with 5G Wi-Fi, a smart TV, travel adapters, a portable bluetooth speaker, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a fan in every bedroom (in summer) to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
An outdoor parking space nearby can be hired for CHF25 per day (subject to availability). A cot and an airport transfer can be arranged by the host on request (additional charges apply).
Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker, plus a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Wireless internet is available throughout the apartment.

Getting Around:
The apartment is extremely well connected to the public transport network.
Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world’s most exclusive shopping streets, is just four tram stops away. The nearest train station is just a one-minute walk away, and Zurich’s main station is just one stop away.
The tram stop is just around the corner, and the journey to the Paradeplatz shopping street takes just 9 minutes by tram.
Close to all main highway access. For those travelling by car, there are numerous public parking spaces on the streets near the apartment (2-hour parking zone). For all-day parking, please contact us for further details. We have a nearby outdoor parking space available to rent for CHF 25 per day (subject to availability).
Other Things to Note:
Apartment is on the ground floor with garden view to a private courtyard in front and an inner backyard behind.
Please note that the apartment is located in a prime location in a trendy area and some noise can be expected. So if you are looking for a very quiet environment, this unit may not be your choice.
Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is completely prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.
All windows are fitted with external metal shutters which can be completely closed for privacy and security, and depending on the degree of closure, you can regulate the vents / gaps for ventilation. Guests can feel secure and safe with this system and can hence leave the windows open without concern.
If you have an early arrival in Zurich, we have the possibility for you to store your luggages in our basement storage facility (which we have rented from the landlord) for the convenience & benefit of our guests. The cost is CHF25 and you can store your luggages until 17:00 so that you can explore the city handsfree. Please understand that we are not including the storage cost into the rental and only charging guest who requires it. Some guests have written a bad review saying that storage should be included… however we do not wish to pass this cost on to guests who don’t need the storage option and we trust in your understanding. (If you think the storage costs is unwarranted, then please do not opt to rent it). Please do contact us if you require storage so we can check the availability.
