The house is on long stretches as it was originally built, and only added the most necessary modern conveniences. The absolutely fantastic location, with the dike and the Wadden Sea directly behind the house, and the charming surroundings by the house's facade complete the experience of inhabiting a very special house. In the house there is cable TV and wireless internet but otherwise, in addition to underfloor heating in the bathroom, running water and electricity, not much in the house that brings to mind the present. The many original furniture and decorative and utility items in the house complete the experience of being on holiday in historical surroundings in the original and genuine Sønderho. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
