A stand alone villa with 252m2 of living surface. 5 bedroom (2 of them large family rooms) /6 bathrooms. 14 Beds. fenced corner on top of Meloneras hill offering undistorted views over Maspalomas, the dunes and down to the sea.
Private and heated pool. 27ºC (80ºF).
All of our rooms above floor, no basement rooms.
The BBQ Area is really spacy and the mahogany diner table fits for 12 people.
Living room furniture all in real leather and a touch of antiques
Extended services included in all Villas Royale:
Pool heating and water quality check 1-2 times a week
Garden maintenance 1 time a week
Exterior cleaning every 14 days
Bed linen changed every 8 days
Change of towels with intermediate cleaning of bathrooms every 4 days
Kitchen towels/dishwashing liquid every 4 days
Pool towels included
Shampoo/soap
Welcome drink wine and water
Coffee and milk for the first day
