Casares Beach apt 104
A very well presented spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the ground floor with a covered terrace that has glass curtains and a private garden. The apartment is furnished in a modern style and comes with wifi, air conditioning, large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, two bathrooms one has a walk in shower and the other has a bath. From the lounge there are patio doors leading on to the terrace and out to the private garden. Please note this apartment does not have underground parking available however there is plenty of free parking around the complex.
Located in a small low rise complex, all built around a communal pool, free padel tennis court and gardens. Dona Julia golf course is just 50mtrs from the complex and the beach is a 10 minute walk away or just a couple of mintues by car.

Huge apartment great Space and Facilities
Family of 4 stayed here. Huge amount of space. Large kitchen and separate laundry.
The outside terrace and been glassed in so a whole other room giving us space from the children. Great pool area lovely gardens.
Could do with a new kettle,
Cleaners used very strong smelling sprays around the apartment but seemed to wipe around rather than deep clean. bathroom had lots of hairs and grout needs doing lots of black mold on show.
