Great location, close to everything. Katerina and Nikos were easy to reach and so helpful throughout the visit: arranging transportation, providing places to visit, and information about local sites. The apartment was perfect: central communal spaces, comfortable beds, efficient kitchen, and well-sorted bathrooms.

Great condo for 2 couples, right in the Plaka district of Athens. Very clean and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. A bakery is just below the location, perfect for a quick breakfast. Host was easy to reach and very accomodating. One note, this location is great - close to everything! It is in the city! You will hear some noise in the evening, that is out of the hosts control. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location , close to all attractions and cool neighborhoods. The property manager was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the unit and provided useful information to help us have a great stay in Athens.

Communication with the host is easy and timely. The location of this property is excellent and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions including the Acropolis. There is a wonderful coffee/pastry shop just below the apartment. The street noise is somewhat loud until around midnight but that is to be expected due to the location of the property. There are two full bathrooms with large showers but are located side by side away from the bedrooms. It is no big deal but if you are traveling with people other than family you will need to make sure you are dressed before venturing out of the bedroom to use the facilities. Overall it is a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent apartment for our family; two “seniors” and our two young adult granddaughters. Some street noise at night but not enough to keep weary tourists awake. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, a small lift (2 at a time with luggage) and lots of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance

This VRBO is all about LOCATION!! It is totally walkable to restaurants and sights. It was very easy to communicate with the manager, check in was well explained and guided. There was plenty of hot water when the unit was turned on. The airport transfers were flawless. The only downside is street noise which is to be expected in this busy location. We enjoyed our stay!

As you noted, being in the very heart of Athens certainly offers an unbeatable variety of restaurants and sights. Naturally, this can also come with some evening noise. I trust that the double-glazed windows and balcony doors, along with the electric roller blinds, helped to reduce the impact and ensure a restful night’s sleep.

5-stars all around

-quick response from owner or management - very flexible and accommodating -easy to find, easy check in with a person. Nikos was welcoming and gave us tips on places to see and where to eat - great location -walking distance to most historical areas, shopping areas, great restaurants and town center. - place is very clean and modern - crisp, clean pillow cases and sheets on nice firm mattress I will definitely use this place when I return and recommended to other people.

We had a great experience with the engagement and property. The host replies quickly to questions and provides details and additional information ahead of time. The flat was a secure and very well maintained. Nikos was available locally and is also very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms/showers have plenty of space. Even though it's very busy downstairs, neither the noise or lights posed a problem.

Amazing Athens

We arrived early as our flight was an hour ahead of time, no worries Nikos met us and showed us around the apartment. Katerina was communicative all throughout the process and Nikos was her assistant who helped us. The apartment was as advertised. Everything new and it was spotless. So recommendations I would make are addition of a soap dish pot shelf in shower. Also a broom would be nice to clean up as needed. The location was perfect steps away from everything you would want to see. Plenty of restaurants and markets. All in all a great week in a great place. Thank you Katerina, I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

This apartment in Syntagma square was ideally located. Our host was always very responsive to all my questions and if we were ever to return to Athens I would not hesitate to stay here again. The apartment was very clean and well kept up. The beds were comfortable and the showers excellent. We were two couples and we all had plenty of room.
