We loved our week long stay in Church House and did not want to leave.

We loved our week long stay in Church House and did not want to leave. It is perfectly situated to explore the lakes, fells and Cumbrian coast. The house is well equipped, decorated and dog friendly. We found a small shop and bakery in Broughton for morning croissants and felt perfectly at home.The owners have left useful instructions around the house and have ensured you have everything you and you hound could possibly need. We will definitely be returning next year!

This is our second visit to this house.

This is our second visit to this house. It is a very good standard of house in a beautiful location. This property is perfect if you want a rural getaway and have the ability to go on many walks straight out of the front door. Just be aware supermarkets like Tesco are around 30 minutes drive away, which is fine if you plan ahead. The family who own the property are very helpful and easy to get hold of if required. As a family with children it worked perfectly for us. We will be back.
