Great holiday apartment in Lucca, Tuscany! Everything was exactly as described, clean, and very well equipped. The host was extremely friendly and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. His restaurant suggestions were also perfectly in line with our taste.We especially appreciated being allowed to store our e-bikes safely, even though this had not been arranged in advance. Highly recommended!

Excellent location!! Easy walking distance to see Colosseum and many other historic sites as well as many trendy restaurants steps from the apartment. Excellent AC. Three floor walk up that was very manageable for our group. Friendly in person check in.

Despite our follow-ups and those of the guest, the platform has not yet removed this review, which refers to a different property located in Rome. However, there is a specific reference to the ‘Colosseum.’ I believe this is sufficient to demonstrate the error.

Lots of stairs to walk up but worth it. Just outside the old city walls, spacious two-bedroom, two-bath. Quiet and great to share with another couple. We enjoyed it very much.

Apartment is ideally located just outside the walls. Livinia was a wonderful host, available anytime we had a question and consistently offering to help. Parking was easily accessible just a block from apartment. Would definitely recommend Casa Emma!

Such a beautiful apartment, and the location was steps from one of the gates into the walled town. The place was immaculately clean and well designed. The apartment has a great litchen that is well equipped. Renata met us when we arrived, and gave us lots of helpful information about the apartment and the area. She was easily available when I had a few questions. The parking for the apartment is just 2 or 3 minutes walk in a safe and inexpensive parking lot.We really enjoyed staying at your place Renata and we would definitively recommend it to friends and family.

This was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean and very attractive in a very convenient spot for visiting Lucca (access via an underpass) and close to the station for trips further away.There are 52 steps to the apartment which may be a consideration for some, but we are both over 80 and it was fine.The bedrooms are very spacious, the kitchen really well equipped and the lounge area most comfortable. It made for a very lovely week’s holiday.

The apartment was specially clean and well kept. The two bedrooms were very large and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking.The host Renata has been available and helpful for the booking, the check-in and the check-out. All communications were fast responded. We met her at the beginning and the end of our stay. She was a very nice person.The is well located, 5-minute walk of the old city of Lucca, 10-minute walk of the train station and 2-minute walk of the parking lot.Thanks to Renata.

This place is amazing! Just a warm cozy unique place. The location is the best right across from the beautiful walls of Lucca! I would recommend this place to anyone! The apartment is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful city of Lucca, it’s only a 5 minute walk to get into the city through the walls. The apartment is a lovely place to stay, really well equipped and has a lovely ambience. Lavinia met us on arrival, even at 11pm and was very helpful. I would not hesitated to stay here again or recommend it.

A wonderful base to explore Tuscany from…

Renata and her family were wonderfully welcoming. They showed us the apartment and gave us guidance on places to eat, visit and how to get around Tuscany. They were warm and kind. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful and spacious apartment a short walk from the heart of stunning Lucca.

This is a perfect location for a couple or family visiting Lucca. The apartment is beautifully and completely furnished. The landlady Renata is charming. Her recommendations were fantastic! There is documentation in English for all guidelines (recycling, etc) which is mandatory. Parking is very convenient. The location just outside the walls made visiting everything very easy. Would highly recommend staying! We will visit again.
