Come enjoy all the best Palm Springs has to offer while staying in this beautiful 1 bedroom, second story condo close to it all! Palm Canyon Drive, with all the best restaurants, vintage shops, and the famous Thursday Night Street Fair, is located only 2 blocks away! If it's a roll of the dice, great dining and entertainment you want, the Agua CalienteCasino is located across the street. If you're here doing business at the Palm Springs Convention Center you are within walking distance of that too!

This immaculate condo is located in the Plaza Villas condominium complex. This unit was just completely redone. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and cabinetry. The living room is designer done with comfortable furniture and a large flat screen TV. There is also a dining room space for those quiet meals in.

The bedroom has a large comfortable king size bed and a second flat screen TV. The bathroom is all new with designer tiles and cabinetry and comes fully stocked. There is also a cozy outdoor patio for relaxing while enjoying breathtaking mountain views. Plaza Villas boasts 2 resort like heated pools, spas, tennis courts, and perfectly mannecured grounds. Plaza Villas is a completely smoke free complex. No smoking, vaping or e-cigs are allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property. High Speed internet, and a stackable washer and dryer is also in the unit. A dedicated covered parking space close by. You may never want to leave the complex! The condo was great and had nice upgrades. Very conveniently located to all the places we intended to visit. Outside pool and hot tub were clean well maintained and outside bathrooms as well. Clark, property manager, was super helpful through the whole process. We would highly recommend coming here.

The unit was very nice, private and well supplied with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location is exceptional, in easy walking distance to downtown dining and shopping. Clark, the property manager was exceptional - attentive and available to help. Check-in and check-out was simple and convenient. This was one of our best VRBO rentals ever.

Perfect stay

We loved everything about this condo! Wonderful location, which was within easy walking distance to the restaurants in downtown PS and across the street from the Casino. It was spotless, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The property manager, Clark, was very communicative and so pleasant to work with. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

Perfect location for fun in Palm Springs!

We spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is very convenient to downtown -- we hardly used our car while we were here. The unit is very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the grounds/pools are lovely. Clark was very attentive and responded to our questions/requests quickly. Great stay in the heart of Palm Springs

Great location just a couple blocks off Palm Canyon Drive! This condo is well appointed with all the necessities. It is beautifully decorated and the furniture is comfortable. The property manager was very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect option in Downtown Palm Springs

If this is your first time to the desert you will surely fall in love with it! I was very lucky to be able to move to Hawaii 3 years ago but have still have a huge love for Palm Springs. Being born in Chicago, I love the incredible sunshine and year round warmth this desert paradise has to offer. It's also the stylish mid-century architecture, vintage vibe and Hollywood connection that makes Palm Springs so cool. There is an energy here that is undeniable. Some say it comes from the mountains and canyons surrounding the city. I hope you can take some time to get out and experience it. I love being outdoors and exploring. Whether its hiking, finding a new waterfall, or walking around in a new city, our passion is discovery. Palm Springs has so much to discover!

Why they chose this property

This condo is the result of many months of searching for the perfect Palm Springs getaway, both for myself and for you to enjoy as well. This unit is special in so many ways. Completely updated, great downtown Palm Springs location, in a condominium complex that is resort-like, and the mountains are so close it feels like you can reach out and touch them! There is so much to do in Palm Springs and this condo is right in the middle of it all. The Spa Casino sits right across the street, Palm Canyon Dr and surrounding downtown area is only 2 blocks away, a short car ride away and you can experience the wilderness of the canyons or even Joshua National Park if you wish. There are many great restaurants to check out, the best of which are all within walking distance from this condo. If it's shopping you want you've found the perfect place. North Palm Canyon is a vintage mecca of shopping or if you are up for some power shopping you have to check out Cabazon Outlets, 20 minutes from the condo, it's like no other! This condo is perfectly situated to take advantage of it all.

What makes this property unique

When I saw this condo for the first time we knew it was "the one". It's a great size for two people. The kitchen is beautiful. It features all new appliances, and cabinetry, and great lighting effects. We love that you can make a meal and eat right at home if you want to. There's plenty of space for dining in. The living room is very comfortable and features a large flat screen TV. The bedroom is cozy and also has a flat screen TV for watching while relaxing in bed. The all new bathroom also features new cabinetry and designer tile. On the balcony you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views. Plaza Villas has many resort like features. Two pools, spas, and tennis courts are there for you to enjoy. The unit has a washer and dryer inside, is centrally cooled, comes equipped with internet and cable TV, and has a dedicated parking stall. I'm sure you will love it time and time again.
