Cozy, smaller two bedroom, one bath (sleeps 5-6 with a pull out sofa in the living room that converts to a full size sleeper) townhouse condo located in Bartlett, NH. Room dimensions; master bedroom 12X12, 2d bed room 9X9, living room/kitchenette 11 1/2 X 14 (total s/f=602) .The condo is located in the Attitash Mountain Resort at the base of Attitash Mountain, nestled in the heart of the scenic White Mountains. Awesome views of the ski trails through oversized sliders leading to private balcony. Short walk to the slopes, base lodge and lifts. Fully applianced kitchenette with regular sized refrigerator, air conditioned, Cable, DVD, gas flame log stove for ambiance..lots of extras! WiFi wireless internet in the unit and also available in the lobby of the Hospitality Building and in the on-site restaurant, Matty B's Mountainside Cafe. Family stay

We stayed in building 2. The building is very dated and needs an upgrade. The mattresses are probably the original beds and were not very comfortable The bathroom was in desperate need of an upgrade. Lord knows what is above that drop down ceiling. The bathroom fan made a lot of noise but did not remove the steam from the shower. On the plus side the ground and pools were very nice. great for young children. Location to Story Land and the White Mountains were great.

Excellent family experience.

We have stayed at Attitash Mountain Resort numerous times and it is an excellent value, perfect location in between North Conway and Mt Washington and the facilities are wonderful for the kids. It’s more of an old school year-round ski resort which is what we as a family love.

Great Weekend Stay

This property was just the right size for our family to enjoy the long weekend in New Hampshire. It was clean and well maintained. Also, having the restaurant and pool within walking distance was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the bathroom and hallway lights stopped working after the first day there but we made due without them. Overall, a great experience even with a little darkness.

Relaxing Environment

The condo was very clean. Check in was easy and you can use the full amenities of the lodge, which has multiple hot tubs! Definitely worth the trip! Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

Fantastic accommodations!

My husband and I brought our three children up to go to StoryLand. The place was perfect for our trip, and advertised itself accordingly on the site. We were very comfortable and were so excited to have swimming, dining and exercise so close in proximity to our place at such an affordable rate. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Place

Wonderful place, nice location near the main building, and got to see bears right outside the building! Condo is well equipped - just need new batteries in the TV and Ceiling fan remotes.

Cozy condo in fantastic location!

We just got back from an extended family (2 adults, 2 children) trip to ski at Attitash and really enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo! Conveniently located right across the street from the main base with full view of the mountain (just a short walk to lifts) and access to all the amenities including indoor pool/jacuzzi. John was very quick to respond and great to work with. Would definitely stay again!

It was great except the renters in 2L whom partied very loudly at night!

Things have changed since last years visit. I really miss the coffee makers in the main office, also I missed the towels that were previously located in the swimming area. Matty B seems a little disorganized.

Overall just okay

While here at my stay I noticed a few things either broken/ or that were damaged. I notified the owner which he was very easy to communicate with but was definitely a inconvenience for me…cleanliness was also a concern bath tub was gross, blankets had stains. The location/area was beautiful definitely be back for Saco River!

Great Family Vacation!

This place would be great for any time of year. It was just enough space for our little family of 4 - thankfully my kids are still young enough that they think it's cool to share a room on vacation. Can't imagine how great and convenient this place is in the winter since you literally look across the street at Attitash. But even for a late spring/early summer stay, this was perfect. We used the indoor pool because it was rainy all weekend, but the outdoor pool looked great, and we took a nice stroll down to the river/beach when the weather allowed. Short drive to Story Land/Living Shores. John was a great host, providing all the info we needed, and everyone at the property was helpful as well. We will definitely return!

Location was perfect!

The location was perfect for what we wanted! Close to Conway and hiking, plus the nearby amenities such as river access, indoor/outdoor pools, and bike trails were perfect! Owner was easy to communicate with, and the unit was as described, except I missed the part about it not being a ground floor unit (for some reason I thought it was). I like to cook and found the kitchen to be small, but I knew that going into it so its not a big deal. It was fine for making breakfast and lunches but I wouldn't do anything more complex than a pasta dinner in here. We wanted a place with easy access to all that the Whites have to offer and this was it!

Perfect size for our family

Stayed here for a week with my husband and two kids (3 and 6). The kids shared the room with the twin beds, my husband and I shared the room with the queen bed. It was the perfect size and great location. Both kids were ecstatic to have a tv in their room. They both get nervous in new spaces, so the coziness of the unit really worked well for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dining dishware/utensils. We got takeout from Matty B’s and they hooked us up with a stack of paper plates so we didn’t utilize the ones in the unit too much. John - thank you so so much for having us. Next trip I plan to Attitash - I’ll be contacting you! We had a blast and your condo was lovely.

Not as expected.

The property has outdated appliances, furniture and decorations. Definitely has had occupants that smoke due to odor, some dark color at the top of the walls and yellowing of the outlets and other areas. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable. Some of the pics are outdated as well.
