Character house, recently restored with respect for tradition and authenticity. It is located under the church of Prades, clinging to the natural slope of the village, accessible by an alley, close to the Tarn below.
Car parking 50 meters from the house. The cottage has two terraces and a small enclosed courtyard. Day room with fireplace insert and central heating included. Children's play room.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Toller Stil. Dusche funktioniert super, Betten sind sehr bequem. Uns hat die Terasse sehr gut gefallen. Sicheres Umfeld. Traumhafte Umgebung. Angenehm ruhiger Ort mitten in der Natur. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die unterschiedlichsten Touren und Wanderungen.

Un gîte dans un sympathique village des Gorges du Tarn. Accès facile, Damien est adorable, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet havre de paix, situé à une dizaine de mètres des Gorges du Tarn. Cuisine bien équipée, deux salles pour dîner. Deux grands lits confortables dans les deux chambres du haut. Salle de douche et deux toilettes, c'est intéressant lorsque nous sommes une famille. Le gros plus étant la petite terrasse en-dessous des vignes où nous pûmes dîner plusieurs fois.À très bientôt

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce gîte. Il est très confortable, néanmoins il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un canapé. Il est très bien situé, proche de la rivière, les paysages sont magnifiques.Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

A découvrir et revenir dans cette très belle région

Une jolie maison aménagée avec beaucoup de goût très bien située à deux pas du Tarn où l'on peut découvrir toutes les merveilles de ce lieu fabuleux ( paysage, architecture, vautours) et Damien très sympathique à l'écoute de nos besoins, de nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Excellente adresse.

Schön renovierte Ferienwohnung in einem Natursteinhaus über dem Tarn. Kleine Badestelle unweit vom Haus. Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Wanderungen in den Gorges du Tarn. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Damien.

Séjour chez Damien à Prades

Agréable séjour dans une région riche en découvertes. L'accueil de Damien est sympathique et bienveillant. La maison est très agréable et à proximité d'un endroit pour la baignade "Castelbouc". SUPER, c'est vraiment une belle région.

Urlaub in Prades am Tarn - Vacances à Prades sur le Tarn

Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Oase der Ruhe mit schönen Ausblicken auf den Tarn und verschiedenen Aufenthaltsbereichen, sowohl innen, als auch außen. Die Räume sind funktional, sehr geschmackvoll, und bieten in ihrer Ausstattung genau den Komfort, um im Urlaub auch mal ohne Restaurantbesuch auszukommen. Es gibt Internetanschluss, TV, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. L'appartement de vacances est une oasis de calme avec de belles vues sur le Tarn et différents espaces de séjour, aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les pièces sont fonctionnelles, de très bon goût, et offrent dans leur équipement exactement le confort nécessaire pour pouvoir se passer de restaurant pendant les vacances. Il y a une connexion Internet, une télévision, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge, et le propriétaire est très prévenant.

Séjour Féerique et Merveilleux

Nous avons été très heureux de notre Séjour Endroit splendide au bord du tarn. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très accueillant et à votre écoute pour toute demande d informations. Il ne manque vraiment rien dans cette location (machine à laver le linge, lave vaisselle, 2 terrasses, et meubles de qualité...). Décoré avec goût et très cosy. Il a accepté également notre chienne Ruby (border Collie) Baignade à environ 500m. Marché nocturne le jeudi à ste Enimie, petit Casino pour les courses à Ispagnac. Nous remercions Damien ROUJON et son épouse. A refaire avec joie!!! A très bientôt et bonne continuation.

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und in Ufernähe

Das Haus befindet sich in wunderschöner Lage in der Nähe des Tarns im kleinen Örtchen Prades. Durch die Lage deutlich unterhalb der Durchgangsstrasse ist es sehr ruhig und für Kinder besonders gut geeignet. In der Nähe befindet sich eine paradiesische Badestelle (an heißen Tagen ist eine Abkühlung willkommen). Das Haus an sich ist geräumig, geht über mehrere Ebenen und hat viel Charme. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen, so dass viel Zeit draußen verbracht werden kann. Der Kontakt mit Damien (der Vermieter) war einfach. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Kurzum: Ein ideales Plätzchen in der spektakulären Tarnschlucht.

Fantastic place in a peaceful location next to the river

Excellent and prompt replies from the owner, who was lovely. . Everything was as described except that there were no towels or tea towels. Otherwise well equipped. Swimming in the river was very easy and there are canoeing companies just up the road. St Enimie is a fascinating village close by with good restaurants and bars. We will definitely return.

très agréable gite, atypique mais très cocooning. en hiver, nous avons pu apprécier le feu de bois mais en été, les belles terrasses doivent aussi être très sympa. très bon emplacement pour visiter les gorges du Tarn. Propriétaire très sympathique et de bons conseils.
