2-Person Romantic Treehouse Getaway in Hocking Hills, Ohio

Escape to our cozy Treehouse retreat and fully immerse yourself into the beautiful scenery of Hocking Hills! This tiny home is studio-style, offering a queen bed and a foldout sofa for extra lounging space. Enjoy the comforts of full HVAC, fast Wi-Fi, and an electric fireplace for those chilly evenings. We also have a Bluetooth sound system with speakers built into the ceiling and a DVD player with a small collection of DVDs for your entertainment.

When you're ready to unwind, step outside through the large sliding glass doors and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on our wraparound deck or relax around the fire pit under the twinkle lights!

Tiny home = tiny kitchen! Our small but well-equipped kitchenette has two hot plates, pots, pans, a mini fridge and freezer, griddle, toaster oven, classic toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils you need. There's even a 6-bottle wine cooler and an electric grill on the deck for outdoor cooking. While we don't have a traditional oven, microwave, or dishwasher, most guests still manage to prepare delicious meals without a hitch!

Our treehouse also features a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and a small vanity. The window offers privacy with just the flip of a switch, creating the perfect blend of nature and comfort.

I loved my stay at the treehouse getaway! The cabin was cozy and clean, and the floor to ceiling windows really made it feel like a treehouse. The view of the surrounding forest was great, and I especially enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the deck. They also offered a comfy blanket and dog cookies for my dog.

The views are unmatched between the views from the treehouse to the views of the stars from the open area - we did not want to leave! Perfect little getaway for our 12th anniversary. Secluded, up in the trees, could hear the whip-poor-wills at night. Cozy (16x16) but very efficiently laid out with pretty much every thing a couple would need. Clean, with up to date styling. Close to Hocking Hills attractions. Received a very quick response from the owners to the one question we had.

A great little treehouse in Hocking Hills

A great little treehouse located in the Hills of Hocking Hills. Great views of the valley and the trees. Very quiet and clean. The host was very responsive to our questions.One minor issue, it would have been nice that they defrosted the freezer. Overall, a 5 star Hocking Hills getaway. It was a great place to stay with our dog. We plan to be back.

Amazing unique property! Directions to get there were clear and super helpful in an internet limited area. We were so surprised to see a birthday message on the TV and even a cake in the fridge! The treehouse was spotless and has everything we could have needed including a small wine fridge! The views are spectacular and we loved feeling so secluded. The host has a web link for his properties that told us everything we needed. Will definitely stay with this host again!

The Koblitz family has been visiting Hocking Hills for the last 40+ years, and in 2015 decided to build our own legacy. 

Ian, with 20 years of real estate experience, found his true calling in short-term rentals. He is the visionary and mastermind behind our properties – each designed to offer a one-of-a-kind stay. Alongside his wife, Megan, they have turned their love for real estate into something truly special – dedicating themselves to creating unique and memorable experiences for each of their guests.

In the last decade, we have grown our portfolio to include our OG Family Cabin, Treehouse, Underground Earth Home, Grain Silo, Airstream Glamper, and our newest Retro Cabin. 

However, we are NOT a big cabin company! Every property has been carefully designed, constructed, remodeled, and maintained by us. Our team is truly a family affair!
