Was unable to contact host by phone, e-mail or through vrbo this was after losing half the holiday due to ferry. Just lucky the house had been left unlocked as we had no key then had to leave property open for the duration of our stay.Lovely property pity about the rest

We are disappointed to read this review, as the account provided is entirely inaccurate. All check-in instructions and location details were shared in advance via email and the VRBO platform. We did not receive a single message via either channel requesting further information, so we are unclear why this was not raised with us at the time. It is therefore highly unfair to suggest that we were uncontactable when no attempt to contact us was received. We take great pride in our property and the experience we provide, and we rely on honest and accurate reviews. It is disappointing to see a public review present such a misleading account of events.

Information from Vrbo for access did not arrive, I had to contact the Host myself and this only arrived while on route. I contacted the host a couple of times during the holiday, 1st issue sorted very quickly as it was an electrical fault, second issue regarding the washing was not answered. The property was lovely and clean with everything we could ask for. Swimming in a sea loch was a highlight when a seal popped up to see us, a majical moment.
