Wyndham Desert Blue (2 Bedroom Condo - near strip)

The Resort is located about 1/2 from the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Caesars Palace Casino on the strip. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES.

The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 2 bedroom 2 bath deluxe condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo is required to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE. The resort front desk does require a refundable credit card authorization of $150.00 at check in.

We loved our stay here. Received an upgrade to a presidential 3 bedroom penthouse. Access to the strip is simple with a car or you can use the hotels free shuttle to treasure island that runs every couple of hours. It is a time share so they will try and give you a free show, cruise, or stay, just beware that comes with the presentation...they took no thanks well and did not continue ask. Great communication with owner, will gladly stay here again

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5. The room was super clean and well stocked. The pool and poolside bar were great and the bartender Aaron from Hawaii was awesome! We came for March Madness basketball and from this condo to the Thomas & Mack Center took only 15 minutes. Also, we went to T Mobile arena for a hockey game and made it there in 12 minutes from the condo! I highly recommend and the property owner is awesome, always communicating and available to help with any issues!

If you don’t want to stay on the strip, I cannot recommend this place more. Myself and two of my friends were in town for a trade show and this was the PERFECT retreat for us after long day. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen - made being away feel more like home. We got groceries and it was so nice to have a washer dryer. I was very pleasantly surprised by this unit. The hotel itself is nice, gym is small but functional, staff was so friendly and helpful. I’ll stay here again if we come back for a trade show. Thank you.
