Welcome to Beach camp! A bright and fun beach home located in the mobile home section of Ocean Lakes Family campground, Ocean Lakes is the #1 family campground in Myrtle Beach. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleeps 11. There is also a bunk bed on the back porch for day napping. Complimentary Custom golf cart included at no charge. The beach and park are easy walking distance (about 1.5 blocks). Large double lot with a backyard. There is enough parking for 3 to 4 cars. The family fun center has a pool, lazy river, water slides, Kiddie zone, arcade, mini golf, snack bar and more and are within walking distance as well. The large screen porch up front is a perfect hang out and the rear screen porch is a quiet retreat.
**Linens are included with the cleaning.
**Extended WIFI, 6 smart TV’s , 2 DVD players and an X box 360.
***Owners suite (queen bed) is to the rear of home with a private bathroom w/ walk in shower plus a screened in porch.
***The family suite has 2 bedrooms.1)queen bed 2)full over queen bunk bed and a separate twin bed. shared bath in hallway of suite
***The front bedroom has a full bed and the bathroom with a walk-in shower just outside the door. There is also a desk in the room.
***Living room with a deep sectional and recliner.
***Full kitchen with crock pot, blender, baking supplies and more (like home)
***Washer and Dryer in unit
***The front screen porch has table for dining, TV w/ cable and lots of seating.
*** Rear screen porch has a double bunkbed for kids who want to camp during the vacation .it is also a private place to relax and overlooks the rear patio.
***Must be 25 to rent this home and operate the golf cart.
***No House parties allowed. Underaged drinking will get you removed from the home and Ocean Lakes with no refunds. You will also be responsible for any fines. Please read the rental agreement.

We have rectified the previous issues from reviews that were less than 5's. We have new cleaners and the front bedroom and bath remodeled to repair an unknown leak. The carpet has been replaced with LVP throughout.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Place all used towels in the bathtub/shower. Do not place them on the floors or in front of the washer. Leave linens on the beds.
Remove all food from the refrigerator, wipe down and clean any spills. Clean all dishes, pots and pans and put away.
Take all garbage out to the green can. Bring the green can to the edge of the driveway on the right side (when looking out to the street).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unaccompanied minors or underage drinking. If you book our home for graduates or house party they will be evicted & you will be fined min. $1000

Great stay for family

We chose this house because of the ramp and it worked well for our family including our special needs son. It is close to the beach and convenient to all Ocean Lakes has to offer. We rode bikes and enjoyed the use of the golf cart provided.

My family and I stayed here for a month! It truly was home away from home! We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and plan on it! The owner was very pleasant and was very responsive during our stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time this week at Ocean Lakes, and the house was perfect for our two families. We had a total of 8 people and the layout of the house allowed for plenty of space to spread out for both families. The house was clean and equipped with what we needed to enjoy our stay.

The property manager / owner was excellent! Communication with her was amazing! The camp ground where the house it offers everything you can need. The house is nice but the front screened porch was our favorite room. The gold cart made everything convenient as well. We had a wonderful vacation in the home. Thank you.

Enjoyable vacation

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful time here at MH403. This home is spacious with plenty of rooms and no one felt crowded. It's a very short walk to the pool and the beach. But of course you can also just ride the golf cart which my family loved. Wonderful place to make memories for a lifetime.

We loved the open space of kitchen/dining area and living room. The one level house was a plus with having small kids. Screened in porch was a hit for the kids and adults. Also the golf cart was a plus. The location was excellent! We had an awesome week.

This was our first time booking this property but definitely will not be our last . The house was clean and well maintained and the owners were very responsive to any questions that I had . The location is convenient and our kids loved the bikes that were provided while we enjoyed the rocking chairs and the spacious deck . Definitely perfect for the family !

Exactly what we needed!

The house was exactly as advertised and fit our family perfectly! The use of the golf cart was great as it is much easier to drive around Ocean Lakes with a golf cart than a car! We loved just hopping in the golf cart and going to the pool or beach! Check in was super easy & fast which was really nice after a long drive in. Property manager was really helpful and responds quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome.

We always enjoy our stay at OL, in a house or camping. We chose a house this time so we could be more comfortable and the kids could get in out of the sun. While I usually stick to OL properties I decided to try VRBO this time, and Im happy we did. Owner of the property is incredible and responds quickly to any questions or issues that arose. Overall we were happy with our choice, convient to the beach, parks Water Park, Rec Center and Sandy Mart, plus it's handicapped accessible for our parents. The included golf cart made the kids evenings awesome so they could be included in the golf cart parades at night.

Will Stay Again!!

What originally drew us to this house was the fact that We were traveling with our parents who needed a handicap assessable home. Many houses in Ocean Lakes have tons of stairs. This property was perfect as it is one story and has a ramp. The lay out of the rooms was perfect. Parents had a room and bathroom. Kids wing with bunk room and additional room with bathroom and a room with on suite bath. Everyone had their own space. Long family farmhouse style table which we enjoyed every morning for breakfast and dinner. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Patio was perfect in the evenings for relaxing. Location Location Location. You could walk to the beach, the pool, the bball courts if you wanted to but golf cart rides were the kids favorite thing to do. The owners were amazing. We plan on booking for 2024 if all goes as well.

Read Before You Rent

Very disappointed in this rental. Pet smell in the carpet of the back bedroom made it impossible to sleep, had to move to smaller room at the front. Electrical outlets coming out of the wall when chargers unplugged, rotten board on the front deck caused me to turn my ankle, couch and chair in the living space was filthy, coffee maker had a charcoal filter that was solid black, dishwasher door is falling apart and needs replacing, screens on the front porch falling out and full of holes, siding coming off the building, light fixtures missing or not functioning. For the price I was expecting a decent rental, overall it was rundown and poorly maintained, we left 3 days early. We will rent directly from OL going forward.

Family Vaycay

Our family had a great time in Anna & Hugh’s property. Plenty of room for all of us. Front porch was the perfect place for us all to gather. Grilled out the first night and had a nice meal on the back porch. Only issue we had (and we let Anna know) is that the breaker kept popping when we tried to plug in our three golf carts. Other than that we had a great stay. Would definitely look to stay here again or another one of their properties.

Close to the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location close to the beach. We enjoyed having the golf cart to ride around the grounds. Loved the screened in front porch. There is so much to do onsite. Anna was very responsive, helpful, and quick to provide anything we needed or answer any questions. I would definitely stay at her place again.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with Ocean Lakes the first time I went a few years ago. When you drive through the gates of Ocean Lakes it is instant vacation. Everyone is smiling. The golf cart parade at dark is amazing. The kids have fun decorating the carts and slapping each other’s hands as you drive by. I knew I had to have our own home there. This is my favorite section of OL. All the homes have big double lots so it feels homier to me. I fell in love with MH 403 as soon as I saw it and made an offer on the spot. It’s my happy place and I love sharing it with others.

What makes this property unique

I am a fan of open spaces and screened in porches and this home has both. The living room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings and since there is a sliding door in the kitchen, tons of light flows through. You can sit on the screened on porch (there are actually 2) and watch a ball game or just relax. It has had many updates since 2017. In 2024-25, I remodeled the home. Its always a work in progress and I enjoy the progress.
