All rooms were renovated in 2023 and equipped with new furniture and a new kitchen. The bathroom is also new and leaves nothing to be desired. You will feel comfortable from the first moment.

You have a bedroom with a new box spring bed (200x180 cm), the second room is a living room with a 55' inch TV and a very comfortable sofa bed (200x160 cm) which has a slatted frame and a spring mattress for another 2 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen will make your heart beat faster, it has everything you need; Induction hob, oven including microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood and of course cutlery, porcelain, plates, etc. start cooking straight away ;-)

In the stairwell there is a GUEST room where you will find additional cleaning supplies, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner (if something goes wrong) and a trust-based drinks bar.

Guests are allowed to use the garden and feel comfortable there.

It's not Paris...but it's close ;-). We would like to welcome you as a guest in our apartment, owned by TK-Appartementwelt, "Paris", which we have furnished for you in Parisian chic style.

You'll get a bit of Paris feeling as soon as you arrive and you'll sleep well and relax in the Zanzibar bed.

The apartments have all been completely renovated including new bathrooms, doors, floors, lighting, etc. The brand new kitchen with high-quality appliances, e.g. induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer invite you to try out your cooking skills with us. You have a bedroom with a new box spring bed (200x180 cm).

The newly built garden area with several furnished terraces invites our guests to linger. Here you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Or you can use the terraces for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

There is a minibar in the stairwell (for a fee) filled with drinks and snacks if you forget something.

Bicycles can be rented from us for a fee, so you can explore the surrounding area or simply drive into the city center to shop.

There are many free public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the apartment

A laundry cellar with free use of washing machines and dryers is available to all guests. And if you're missing something, you'll find a minibar in the stairwell (for a fee).

Upon request and for a fee, we also offer additional room service (linen change and cleaning) if required. Just ask about our options and costs.

Dogs are welcome here (for a fee), please specify this when booking or book directly. We provide food and water bowls as well as a dog bed for our four-legged friends.
