MarArt: The Lively Luxury Art Room

The apartment measures 75 square metres and consists of: an entryway, a spacious bedroom with a whirlpool tub for two people, a living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped breakfast/lunch/dinner area, and a loft area with a relaxation/meditation space. Every room in the apartment is “decorated” with temporary art exhibitions by emerging local artists; in the relaxation area, guests will find vinyl records, a 1950s radio cabinet, a blank canvas, and acrylic paintbrushes available for guests’ use; in the bedroom, there is a whirlpool tub with candles and bath bombs. The decor has a vintage feel and combines antique pieces with new furniture, honouring the history of the space while blending different worlds and eras into a harmonious, contemporary fusion. Throughout the interior, there is a focus on natural materials and organic, artisanal “Made in Italy” products, with an emphasis on social initiatives: from the breakfast cookies to the sheets, linens, bath bombs, and soaps provided for guests. The space is equipped with Wi-Fi and self-check-in.
The name MARART embodies the unity and personality of the project’s creators, Marina and EduArt, and their values: freedom, love, respect, and growth. Together, they have created a space to be experienced and admired, much like a natural or artistic setting, where there is room for presence, care, and love.
MarArt is centrally located in Bisceglie, a 2024 Blue Flag town, in a historic building dating back to 1940, just a short walk from the train station (1-minute walk) and 3 minutes from the town’s main square, 5 minutes from the historic centre and main tourist attractions, and 5 minutes from the marina and the seaside with a public beach and a private beach club.
