The house has room for 18 people and offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. Indoors you will find a large pool area with a spa for 7 people and a sauna – ideal for relaxing after a refreshing walk by the sea. For active guests there is plenty of entertainment in the activity room with billiards, air hockey and table football. The house has 7 bedrooms distributed as follows: 4 rooms with double beds 2 rooms with 4 bunk beds each 1 room with 2 single bedsIn addition, there are 2 baby beds and a high chair for the youngest in the family. The three bathrooms are all equipped with a toilet, sink and shower, and the house is equipped with 2 fridges/freezers, so there is plenty of space to store food and drinks for large parties. The heating is via geothermal heating, which provides a pleasant indoor climate. For entertainment, there is Netflix, HBO, free Danish channels and German satellite. Outdoors, you can enjoy the large enclosed terrace with a gas grill, perfect for cozy barbecue evenings. The garden is equipped with swings, a sandbox and a trampoline, so the children can play safely while the adults relax. This holiday home is ideal for family holidays, trips with friends or festive gatherings - with plenty of space, comfort and activities for all ages.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
