Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This was an absolutely terrible experience, and unfortunately we could only stay for one night before having to find alternative accommodation.From the moment we arrived, there was an extremely strong stale and unpleasant smell throughout the room. Combined with the lack of any natural light, the room felt incredibly enclosed and uncomfortable. The shower was also so small that it was extremely difficult to shower properly.The cleanliness was another major concern. The pillows were visibly dirty, which was completely unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable sleeping there.After just one night, we were feeling sick and uncomfortable enough that we decided we could not stay any longer and had to find somewhere else to stay. This was a huge inconvenience and completely ruined our experience.Unfortunately, communication with the host made the situation even worse. Whenever we raised an issue or needed assistance, the host was extremely slow to respond, leaving us waiting when we needed help.Overall, this was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. The condition, smell, cleanliness, lack of natural light, tiny shower and extremely slow communication made the stay completely unacceptable. We would absolutely not stay here again and would strongly recommend considering other options.
