The cottage is a 2-room unit spanning over 60 square meters and 2 levels. It features a living/dining room equipped with a TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, providing direct access to the garden. There is one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), also leading to the garden. The open kitchen is well-appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the main level. The upper floor consists of an open gallery with sloping ceilings, ranging from 120 to 200 cm in height. The cottage also boasts a 15 square meter roofed terrace.
