Once we were settled into our apartment we found this an excellent base for exploring the Stubai Valley as well as Innsbruck and its surroundings. It should be noted that the TV was not operational. I found Belvilla very difficult to communicate with and only at the last minute was told our reservation had not been confirmed or paid for. Upon reaching out to VRBO they confirmed that we had paid and made sure we received our check in instructions. In the future I would not rent a property that had Belvilla involved. One other note, our hostess was very nice but only spoke German despite the listing having specified several languages spoken. Despite all of that we had a very nice stay.

Herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, sodass man für die Skipiste kein Auto braucht. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. 👍
