If you are interested in history, the purpose of the original Victorian structure was as a Wash Tower or Laundry and it dates from 1895. It has been lovingly and beautifully restored and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. But do not think that you will be staying in a building which reflects the turn of the century on the interior, as it has been renewed with every modern convenience.
