From all the places we stayed during our 13-day trip to Italy, this was by far our favorite. Fabio was incredibly communicative and friendly right from the start, sending us clear instructions on how to get there. He greeted us at the door with such warmth that it truly felt like we were staying with family. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and generously stocked with water, cookies, pastries, and other treats. It had the comfort and attention to detail of a hotel, yet the warmth of staying at a relative’s home. Fabio even gave us a map and marked all the must-see spots and local restaurants, which made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is excellent—close to the main street and all the places worth visiting. We left wishing we had stayed longer in Arezzo, and we would absolutely come back here without hesitation.

Deluxe Room Cartazucchero is one of the rooms in BIBI Arezzo. This small accommodation is located in the heart of Arezzo and offers its guests 2 apartments and 2 rooms all with private entrances and reserved for guests who book.
On the penthouse floor, there is a small rooftop terrace shared with other guests where it will be possible to spend pleasant evenings or aperitifs.

What makes this property unique

Available to our guests is the possibility of parking the car in a fenced parking lot behind the facility at an additional cost of 15€. We kindly ask you in case you are interested to let us know as soon as possible.
Children are welcome from the age of 12 years.
Small dogs are accepted but please let us know immediately at the time of booking.
